How do I make a return?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your online purchase is not satisfactory or does not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) for a replacement or refund. Please mail all returns and exchanges to:

In order to be refunded for the original price, returns must be made within thirty days of the original receipt of purchase. You must also have your original receipt, which is your packing slip. Please make note on your return policy, whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The original packaging also must be intact.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To receive the appropriate credit for your purchase, each of these policies must be fulfilled. Your refund will be processed by the same means as your original payment. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during return shipping or which we do not receive. We do not pay or credit return shipping fees. Returns Due to Damaging

If you receive your order in damaged condition or receive the wrong order, simply return it as noted above. If you would like a replacement, please call us at 501-276-6560 or email us at You will need to return the damaged item to the address noted above in order to receive your replacement or refund. Please note on your receipt if you would like a replacement item or a refund. If all above mentioned policies are met, we will send you a replacement item at no charge to you. We will also pay the return shipping fees if a receipt is sent with the package clarifying the amount of shipment.

If your package is severely damaged upon receipt, please refuse to accept delivery with FedEx. They will send the package back to us, and we will make a claim with the company. The order must be returned in the original packing. You will need to contact us if this occurs, so that we can send a replacement.
